Pilates Instructor

Monica is an APMA Level 2 Pilates and Chi Ball Method Level 1 Instructor and is registered as a Fitness Professional with Fitness SA.

Monica began practice as a fitness instructor in Sydney in 1999 as a Pilates Method matwork instructor.

After relocating to Adelaide in 2001 this qualification was extended to APMA Level 2 and Chi Ball Certification.

Although Pilates has always been a focus for Monica, Chi Ball is very complementary to the Pilates method.

The Chi Ball method is a holistic exercise programme, based on traditional Chinese medicine that promotes harmony, balance and wellbeing.

Monica has taught in many locations around Adelaide including other studios, health clubs, physiotherapy clinics and in the corporate health environment.

Monica enjoys attending as many mind/body workshops and conferences as possible to further her knowledge in personal health to the ultimate benefit of clients.
