Fitballs (55cm, 65cm and 75cm)
Made from durable, burst-resistant plastic with firm strongly welded seams and a tight-fitting plug. We can advise the correct size ball for you.

Magic Circle - with instructional DVD and CD.
The Magic Circle is a flexible resistance ring used to perform a variety of Pilates Exercise with emphasis on the pelvic floor muscles and deep abdominals. Also effective for toning legs, arms and chest.

Dynaband - a simple and effective workout providing resistance for your muscles to work against. Suitable for beginner through to advanced clients.

Chi-Balls - available in several colours - the original chi-balls are used for Pilates mat and equipment sessions and our Chi ball classes (combination of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation)

Bolsters - used to work through tight areas and to challenge core stability.

Massage Balls - suitable for neck, shoulder, hips, and forearms - relieves tightness in the body.

Pilates and Yoga Mats - you may wish to purchase a mat so you can do your own workout at home to supplement your studio classes.
